1. Data collected on this registration form will be used for admissions, for internal statistical purposes and for individualising the program experience for your child. All data remains strictly confidential. 2. There will be no makeup sessions, fee adjustment or refund for cancellation of any session that occurs due to circumstances beyond the control of MyWay Academy. Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to adverse weather events such as tropical cyclones, rainstorms, etc or due to accidental or other circumstances. 3. MyWay Academy reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions without prior notice. 4. MyWay Academy reserves the right to refund unused sessions or exclude children and/or their caregivers for safety reasons. 5. I agree to hold MyWay Academy entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred while attending MyWay sessions, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence. 6. MyWay Academy reserves the right of the final decision in case of any disputes. 7. I give consent to MyWay Academy to record video and photo of my child and assigned caregivers during MyWay sessions to be used in publications, portfolios and for other promotional purposes. 8. MyWay Academy will notify you of acceptance into the chosen class in due course and full payment of the fee is required prior to your child attending the 1st session of the MyWay program in order to secure your child's place.
